The position requires building a strong relationship with board of directors, homeowners, residents, and staff to assure a high-quality living environment</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\">Maintain mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems through a preventive maintenance program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\">Complete work orders for</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\">Work schedule: Weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
