If that's the kind of dentistry you want to assist with, we'd like to meet you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Us</span><br>We're a five-location practice in Western New York: Clarence, North Buffalo, Orchard Park, West Seneca, and Williamsville. We're hiring an Experienced Dental Assistant at our Clarence (Transit Road ) office.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Working Here Actually Looks Like</span><br> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A full case mix: restorative, surgical, implants (all stages), prosthetic — dentistry that actually challenges your skills.</span></li>\n<li>Digital workflow throughout — intraoral cameras, digital radiology, Open Dental practice management.</li>\n<li>Doctors who treat you like a clinical professional, not a pair of hands.</li>\n<li>Schedule flexibility across five locations if you want it — cover a sister office, cross-train, work close to home.</li>\n<li>Real continuing education support, mentorship from long-tenured colleagues, and growth paths into lead assistant, treatment coordinator, or office leadership for the right people.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Need From You</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of clinical dental assisting experience.</li>\n<li>Comfortable with restorative, endodontic, surgical, and implant procedures.</li>\n<li>NYSDOH radiology certification (or eligible).</li>\n<li>Strong communication and the ability to anticipate what the provider needs.</li>\n<li>A team-first, patient-focused mindset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule</span><br>Monday – Fridays.
