    "description": "<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>The Customer Service Rep (CSR) is responsible for providing amazing customer service to our clients and customers. </em><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shift:</span> 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay: </span>$16/hr</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br><br>• Professionally handle incoming requests from customer and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly<br>• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through constant tracking<br>• Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company<br>• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience<br>• Build and maintain client/vendor relationships<br>• Accurately process opens, holds and closes in multiple portals<br>• Queue management<br>• Complete projects as requested<br>• Answering and Returning calls and emails<br>• Data Entry<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><br><br>• Spanish Speaking is a plus<br>• Are 18 years of age or older<br>• Have reliable transportation<br>• Are punctual and responsible<br>• Are organized and driven to meet deadlines<br>• Can remain professional and calm in high-stress situations<br>• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel<br>• Prior customer service experience preferred<br>• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction<br>• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing<br>• Able to handle complaints resulting from escalated calls<br>• Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude<br>• Strong decision-making skills<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment<br>• Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills<br>• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when necessary<br>• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality<br>• Must be able to pass a criminal background check<br><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Bene’s:</span> (Begin after 90 days of employment unless otherwise noted.)<br>• 5 days paid Vacation (after 1 year of employment)<br>• 5 days paid Sick leave<br>• 5 paid Holidays<br>• 3 days of paid Bereavement leave<br>• Medical/Dental/Vision<br>• 401K + 10% Company Match (after 1 year of employment)<br>• Job training and advancement opportunities<br><br>Apply now to join an amazing team in a very fast-paced, challenging industry with a trend setting company.  Begin your new tomorrow, TODAY! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
