These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">More specifically, the employee owner will:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Be familiar with shipping paperwork including but not limited to shipping order, bill of lading, transfer sheet, packing list and UPS tags.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate delivery and pickup needs with various truck lines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assemble and prepare orders for shipment including palletizing according to company and customer specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organize, load and unload orders and/or incoming parts and components on common carriers, private carriers and transfer trucks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ship via UPS or airfreight companies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Construct Pallets</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Label and count parts and components.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verify the quality of workmanship for products leaving and entering the facility.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Transport products and components between departments, warehouse and plants.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clean and prepare pulleys for painting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Paint pulleys</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform routine maintenance including but not limited to maintaining hand tool, visual related accessories.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
