The primary focus of this role is establishing a solid daily schedule, setting gentle yet firm boundaries, and actively fostering the toddler's developmental milestones.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish and maintain a consistent daily schedule for naps, meals, and playtime. </li>\n <li>Set age-appropriate boundaries to help the child thrive</li>\n <li>Plan engaging, screen-free activities that encourage speech, motor skills, and social milestones</li>\n <li>Take their daughter to local NYC classes, activities, and visit the playground in Central Park</li>\n <li>Prepare and cook healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the child</li>\n <li><p>Read at least a few books a day and engage with educational toys such as puzzles/stacks</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Highly professional and takes their responsibilities seriously</p></li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively with the parents </li>\n <li>Kind and playful</li>\n <li>Engaging</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Honest, reliable, and communicative.</li>\n <li>CPR/First Aid certification</li>\n <li>Understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality in the family home </li>\n <li>Experience with children of this age group</li>\n <li>US work authorization </li>\n <li>Able to provide excellent references</li>\n <li>10+ years experience</li>\n <li>Background check will be required</li>\n <li>NDA</li>\n <li>Personal experience raising children is highly valued</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$35 per hour</li>\n <li>Approximately 20–24 hours per week.</li>\n</ul>",
