You’ll protect our team and our property – all while securing valuable law experience and rewarding benefits.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay Starting at $16.00/Hour</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Interact with guests providing directions and assistance</li>\n <li>Protect employees, guests, and company property</li>\n <li>Control park access, checking vehicle permits and scanning ID badges for team members, vendors, and contractors</li>\n <li>Keep unauthorized personnel out of restricted areas</li>\n <li>Greet and screen entering through metal detection and check their bags for prohibited items</li>\n <li>Monitor all areas for safety hazards, including fire, theft, and vandalism</li>\n <li>Write detailed reports of damage, incident logs, and security records</li>\n <li>Apprehend violators, including on-foot pursuits when necessary</li>\n <li>Escort guests and team members as needed for assistance and protection</li>\n <li>­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies</li>\n <li>Assisting in other areas of the Security Department</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters</li>\n <li>Professional demeanor and ability to interact in a positive manner</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>Cautious and reliable nature</li>\n <li>Ability to remain calm in emergency situations</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Commitment to a safe environment</li>\n <li>Must be 16 years or older</li>\n <li>Able to lift, carry, and balance heavy loads</li>\n <li>Physical qualifications to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift</li>\n <li>Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <li>Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language</li>\n <li>Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.</li>\n</ul>",
