but inclusive of the Virginia Standards of Learning for Music</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and approaches to the maturity and interests of the students</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Prepares for students assigned and demonstrates written evidence of preparation upon request of immediate supervisor</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Plans and supervises purposeful assignments for teacher instructional assistants, volunteers, and substitute teachers</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals that are congruent goals, with clear objectives for all lessons, units, projects and performances to communicate said objectives to students</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Creates an effective environment for learning through functional and attractive displays, bulletin boards and interest centers</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Employs a variety of instructional techniques, technology and instructional media, consistent with the physical limitations of the location provided and the needs and capabilities of the individuals or student groups</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Evaluates students’ academic and social growth;
