Being courteous and professional while explaining the process and addressing any concerns.</li>\n  <li><strong>Collecting payments</strong>: Drivers collect payment directly from customers.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Record Keeping:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li><strong>Maintaining records</strong>: Keeping accurate records of each service call, including the location, date, and amount pumped.</li>\n  <li><strong>Reporting issues</strong>: Notifying supervisors or repair technicians if any problems arise during pumping (e.g., damaged tanks, clogs, leaks).</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Health and Safety:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li><strong>Personal protective equipment (PPE)</strong>: Wearing appropriate gear (gloves, boots, etc.) to protect against exposure to waste materials.</li>\n  <li><strong>Hygiene practices</strong>: Following proper hygiene procedures to prevent contamination.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Emergency Response:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li><strong>Handling emergencies</strong>: Being prepared to respond to spills, leaks, or other unexpected situations during pumping operations.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Need from YOU:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of experience in septic tanks, cesspools, and other waste storage systems minimum</li>\n <li>REQUIRED: Valid CDL license </li>\n <li>Experience managing a pump truck fleet vehicle and product inventory</li>\n <li>Customer Service Experience required</li>\n <li>Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen</li>\n <li>Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable</li>\n <li>Physical dexterity</li>\n</ul>",
