      "content": "<div>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Supervise and coordinate the fabrication and erection of structural steel, miscellaneous metals, joists, and metal decking</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Manage steel detailing and surveying activities</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Review specifications and blueprints to determine material quantities, locations, and sizes</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Develop and manage detailed project schedules covering preconstruction, submittals, engineering, shop drawings, procurement, fabrication, shipping, erection, and closeout</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Prepare, coordinate, review, and execute submittals, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, professional service agreements, and drawings</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Prepare schedules of values and submit monthly project billings</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Prepare and negotiate change orders, deducts, and proposals</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Maintain positive working relationships with project stakeholders</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Coordinate with other contractors to maintain schedules, manage material deliveries, and mitigate design conflicts</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Coordinate steel packages with other trades through the BIM process and participate in clash detection</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Issue corrective action notices to subcontractors when required</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Maintain organized project documentation in both electronic and hard copy formats</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">4+ years of project management experience, preferably in steel fabrication and/or erection</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Prior experience managing commercial or industrial steel projects</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">2–4 year post-secondary degree preferred</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera preferred</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Valid U.S. driver’s license</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Knowledge of Tekla and Fabtrol is a plus</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Strong understanding of steel construction materials, methods, and tools</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Knowledge of safety, quality, and cost control standards</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Ability to apply job-related mathematics and perform field verification as needed</li>\n\n</div>"
