The Field Service &amp; Support Technician will provide high quality machine start up, demonstration, maintenance, repair services, and remote support in a manner which will encourage customers to purchase or recommend the purchase of Milltronics products, accessories, and services. When not traveling to customer locations the Field Service &amp; Support Technician will provide phone assistance. Travel is required for this position. You will be home almost all weekends.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of CNC machine tools (Mill, Lathe, and Controller) at customer&#39;s facility - up to 50% of time.</li><li>Phone support expected when not traveling or on site.</li><li>Interfacing with distributor partners and customers</li><li>Detailed reporting of activities&nbsp;</li><li>Participation in shows, training and product demonstrations may be required</li></ul><p><br><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>3-5 year&rsquo;s of experience servicing industrial equipment, preferred</li><li>Knowledge of troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial automation equipment</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently</li><li>Should possess good verbal, written, and digital communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals and blueprints</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
