font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain program documentation and operational artifacts, including playbooks, workflows, escalation frameworks, dashboards, and reporting materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support incident-related reporting and metrics tracking, including KPIs, customer impact insights, escalation trends, and leadership reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate governance rhythms by consolidating stakeholder inputs, documenting decisions and action items, and driving follow-through on key initiatives.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, technology operations, cybersecurity programs, incident management, or related environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives in complex or fast-paced environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience supporting reporting, governance, process improvement, or operational standardization initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
