Each member of the Interdisciplinary team (Nurse, Social Worker, Chaplain, Nursing Assistant) provides discipline specific services within their scope of practice to their assigned patients, while working as a collaborative team to support our mission.</span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The Assistant Team Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical activities and administrative functions of the office as assigned by the Clinical Team Manager, Regional Director or the Senior Director. Responsibilities include supervision of the Clinical Care Coordinators (CCC) and support of the Clinical Team Managers (TMs) and clinical staff.</span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Establish schedule and assist in orientation of new staff in the field.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Facilitates problem-solving discussions and/or symptom management consultations with clinical staff when assigned to cover the office responsibilities.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Attends scheduled Nurses Meeting, department meetings and other relevant in-services to ensure integration of information to the staff.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Oversees CCC performance and their supervision of Nursing Assistants and Homemakers.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Serves as a clinical resource for clinical staff.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Attends and assists in facilitation of IDT on as needed basis in absence of TMs or Director.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Provides direct patient care as needed based on census and staff availability.</span></span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
