    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a <strong>Journeyman Configuration/Data Manager</strong>, supporting the Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Program AFLCMC/WIS Asymmetric Warfare Division. This program focuses on advancing, sustaining, and modernizing the Air Force’s next-generation communications and C2 capabilities for TACP operators.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Duties include, but not limited to: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Independently perform configuration and data management tasks in alignment with the Performance Work Statement.</li>\n <li>Prepare and deliver finished products (spreadsheets, briefings, figures, graphics, tables, forms, papers) in technical and non-technical formats, both classified and unclassified, as requested.</li>\n <li>Provide advisory assistance and draft documentation support for configuration and data management activities, including the full range of CM and DM actions.</li>\n <li>Assist in configuration management for hardware and software, including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Reviewing program-unique specifications (system, development, product) for proper format, content, compliance, and export control markings.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Generate and maintain tracking systems for:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Specification updates, SCN comments, discrepancies, corrective actions, change requirements, implementations, and overall specification status.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Support change proposal activities:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Distribute, log, create, and maintain files of Government-approved change proposals.</li>\n   <li>Maintain change processing tracking systems for status and reporting from inception through supplemental agreement.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Perform duties of the CCB Secretariat:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Prepare and facilitate Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).</li>\n   <li>Develop reports and charts for CCB activities.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Participate in formal technical reviews (e.g., PDR, CDR) and manufacturing/production readiness reviews.</li>\n <li>Provide advisory assistance and documentation support for FCA, PCA, and compliance audits:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Plan audits, review hardware/software configuration items, track discrepancies, and maintain action items and minutes.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Support status accounting functions:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Review prime contractor’s status accounting system for accuracy.</li>\n   <li>Maintain records and databases for specifications, parts lists, version descriptions, SCNs, and change control documents (ECPs, CCPs, variances).</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Provide contract data management support:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Assist with Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), CDRLs, AF Form 585, and data call letters.</li>\n   <li>Collect backup information and support official data release upon Government approval.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Conduct data reviews:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Coordinate inputs, prepare draft documentation, participate as advisor, draft minutes, and track action items through closure.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Required Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: </strong>Must be a US citizen</p>\n<p><strong>Clearance: </strong>Active Secret Clearance</p>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD.• OR, seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, five of which must be in the DoD.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Technical Skills</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Configuration Management Tools</strong> – Proficiency with CM/DM systems such as Windchill, Teamcenter, or similar platforms for tracking specifications and changes.</li>\n <li><strong>Data Analysis & Reporting</strong> – Ability to create and maintain tracking systems, generate reports, and analyze configuration data using tools like Excel or databases.</li>\n <li><strong>Technical Documentation</strong> – Skilled in preparing technical documents, specifications, and compliance reports in accordance with industry and government standards.</li>\n <li><strong>Software & Hardware Review</strong> – Understanding of system specifications, development standards, and configuration audits for hardware and software components.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Interpersonal Skills</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Communication Skills</strong> – Ability to clearly convey technical
