Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collect, review and examine an applicant’s financial history and records</li>\n <li>Perform risk assessment reports</li>\n <li>Analyze client’s financial statements and identify effective alternatives to application</li>\n <li>Maintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies and the required documentation</li>\n <li>Keep up with changes and adaptations as they occur</li>\n <li>Provide elite service to internal and external clients</li>\n <li>Communicate with clients via email and over the phone on loan status, which includes Mortgage Loan Officers and Broker Owners </li>\n <li>Manage multiple priorities while building rapport with clients</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU</h2>\n<p><strong>Must Have Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completed 2 or 4-year college degree </li>\n <li>Complex rationale and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other internet resources</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn and be coached</li>\n <li>Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry</li>\n <li>Self-motivated with a strong work ethic</li>\n <li>Ability to take accountability for actions </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in Finance and/or Accounting (financial analysis, accounts receivable and accounts payable)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>THE PLACE & THE PERKS</h2>\n<p>United Wholesale Mortgage has a firm commitment to excellence and empowers individuals to become the best version of themselves.
