You’ll coordinate schedules, manage service requests, and ensure that our technicians and customers are aligned, informed, and fully supported every step of the way.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Managing real-time dispatch boards (manual and electronic) to ensure technician schedules are up to date</li>\n <li>Communicating service updates, customer needs, and schedule changes to technicians and management</li>\n <li>Tracking service history, updates, and customer communications in the database</li>\n <li>Coordinating daily schedules to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of work</li>\n <li>Verifying technician check-ins/outs and confirming IVR compliance</li>\n <li>Ensuring technicians have the correct parts and POs to complete jobs successfully</li>\n <li>Providing world-class support to internal teams and customers — always with professionalism and urgency</li>\n <li>Collaborating with Regional Service Managers to clear and schedule new calls</li>\n <li>Managing data entry, purchasing, and internal support for your assigned region</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a role that requires precision, adaptability, and a strong commitment to excellence.</p>\n<h2>What Makes Nextech Different?</h2>\n<p>We believe when you take care of your people, they take care of everything else.
