This role partners closely with Production Supervisors and operators to minimize downtime, maintain a clean/organized environment, and prepare upcoming shifts for success.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Stage raw materials, components, and packaging to assigned production lines based on schedule and priority</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Monitor production needs and proactively replenish materials to prevent line interruptions</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Prepare upcoming shifts by ensuring a minimum of <strong>2+ hours of runtime inventory</strong> is staged and ready</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Remove scrap, recyclables, and waste;
