Description

Job Description: Seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established, hospital-employed clinic on our main campus in Greenville, Ohio. Supported by two experienced Nurse Practitioners, with a care model that blends scheduled outpatient visits, walk-in care, and a growing employer-direct care program. This is a permanent, outpatient-focused opportunity designed for physicians who value meaningful patient relationships, strong team support, and a healthy work-life balance. 40 hours per week Schedule is 4 days per week in the clinic and surgical services. Base Salary and productivity incentive Quality assurance bonus eligible Sign-on bonus eligible 42 days (336) of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually. Tuition assistance and residency stipends available for those in residency with commitment upon graduation Student Loan Repayment available Benefits Include: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) employer-funded retirement plan with 457(b) CME Expense Allowance Board Certification, Licensing and Professional Dues covered. Company paid malpractice coverage. Relocation assistance available. Clinic is conveniently located directly on the Wayne HealthCare hospital campus Utilization of EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in clinic and at hospital. Support Staff on hand 25-bed Critical Access Hospital Modern facilities with state-of-the-art equipment Full spectrum of services, including labor and delivery Multiple front desk staff and surgery scheduler for administrative support. Job Qualifications: MD or DO Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians. Candidates with strong people skills and a clear malpractice history. Clean or well-documented malpractice history.
