TriVector Services, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates to fill our <strong>Senior Requirements Engineer</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>position</strong>. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Description/Duties:</strong></p><p>The Senior Requirements Engineer directly supports the Missile Defense Agency staff in the office of Ground Based Midcourse Defense. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Support planning for future missile defense capabilities and requirements.</li><li>Develop system requirements; manage and execute requirement traceability.</li><li>Lead Working Groups during the absence of Civilian or Military Chairs.</li><li>Lead Technical Interchange Meetings across multiple technical disciplines and time-zones to develop MDA requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Candidate must be a U.S. citizen..</li><li>Candidate must have at least a Bachelor&#39;s of science in STEM.</li><li>Candidate must have 12+ years of related experience in Production and Lifecycle Engineering.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering and Digital Engineering (Model Based Systems Engineering and tool (CAMEO) expertise required).</li><li>Demonstrated Experience in Aerospace Industry (Large DoD projects, Aircraft, Rockets, Missiles, Spacecraft).</li><li>Experience leading a collaborative team (dispersed team of Government, Contractors, Prime Developers) is required.</li><li>Candidate must have good oral and written communication skills (demonstrated experience briefing CEO and/or General Officer level).</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Master of science degree is highly desired, but a Bachelor of Science with 20+ years of experience will also be considered.</li><li>Top-Secret security clearance is highly desired, but a Secret clearance will be considered.</li><li>Certifications with International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE): Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) are desired.</li><li>Preferred skills include MDA Experience; fundamental understanding of &nbsp;radars and/or missile defense concepts to include ballistic, cruise and hypersonics.</li></ul><div id=\"isPasted\"><p><br></p><p><strong>Why employees love working for TriVector:</strong></p><p>At TriVector, we are committed to creating a company that is known for its respect and care for employees.
