    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">All dispatch center new hires qualify for a $6,000 hiring bonus! $3,000 paid upon the first paycheck, with the remaining $3,000 paid upon successful completion of 1-yr probation</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position requires full-performance technician work responsible for public safety communications in an emergency communications center.
