This position is integral in delivering a pleasant, positive and memorable vacation experience to visitors by being professional, courteous, and helpful.</p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong>include the following.</span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Other duties may be assigned.</span> &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Greets, registers, and gives directions to guests/owners.&nbsp;</span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Issues room key and escort instructions to Bell/Shuttle Driver&rsquo;s.</span> &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Understands Resort&rsquo;s utilized TRACK software &amp; reservation system to be able to post monetary transactions, check in/ check-out guest, and make walk-in reservations.</span> &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Handle multiple phone lines including routing them to other departments.</span> &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Serve as the liaison between the guest/owners and the maintenance and housekeeping departments.</span> &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Be able to enter work orders, use a two way radio, and a paging system.</span> &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Handles administrative duties such as: report compilation, photocopying, retrieving and sorting mail, posting outgoing mail, and delivering messages.</span> &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Answers inquiries pertaining to resort services; registration of guests and lodging policies.</span> &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Advises guests of available area activities, events, entertainment and provides concierge services as requested.</span> &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Interfaces with vendors and suppliers to ensure adequate delivery of supplies and services for front office department.</span> &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Maintains a secure key control system to ensure the safety of our guests, owners, and their property.</span> &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provides Shuttle Service as necessary: entails providing safe transportation of guests/owners around town.
