Working in a collaborative environment, you&#39;ll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm</strong></p><span data-teams=\"true\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p><br></p><span data-teams=\"true\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span data-teams=\"true\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span data-teams=\"true\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p><br></p></span></span></span></span><hr><p><strong><u>What You&#39;ll Do</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Electrical panel building.&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Performing preventative maintenance and general repairs.&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Performing special projects and other duties as directed by the Electrical Engineer.&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Providing rotational on-call support (approximately 2 weeks in every 12 weeks).&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Using Autodesk AutoCAD.&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Measuring physical dimensions of machinery and creating drawings.&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Installing, upgrading, modifying, and working on various types of electrical systems&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Provide preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systems.&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Perform repair or replacement on faulty electrical elements of equipment including motors, relays, and switches&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Identify when external contractor/vendor is needed, and work in collaboration with contractor/vendor to complete work&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Model, implement, and comply with electrical safety rules and related industry regulations&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Define and follow Standard Operating Procedures for repair of electrical systems&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards, Safety Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures&nbsp;</p></div></li></ul><hr><p><strong><u>What You&rsquo;ll Bring</u></strong></p><p><strong>Essential Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Associate degree in automation engineering technology, electrical/electronic technology, mechanical technology or related field.&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Minimum of 1-2 years of electrical maintenance experience preferred.&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Deals effectively with all levels of company personnel.&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Ability to work well with others and lead a cross functional team.&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Sound and problematic decision making&nbsp;</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Strong communication skills and positive attitude</p></div></li><li><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment</p></div></li><li>Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>1-3 years of plastic extrusion experience</li><li>Basic computer knowledge</li><li>Previous manufacturing experience</li></ul><hr><p><strong><u>Compensation &amp;
