At Kennesaw Mountain Animal Hospital , we provide family-focused pet care that is tailored to your pet’s individual needs. We’ve grown our practice through compassion, knowledge, and consistent quality vet services. Your pet’s health and comfort are our ultimate concerns when you walk through our doors. We’re known for our friendly, compassionate staff and our doctors’ personable bedside manner. You and your pet will feel at ease throughout your visit. This personable and caring environment begins a dialog where pet parents feel comfortable asking questions. Most importantly, our doctors will listen to your concerns. You can expect a doctor/client/pet relationship like no other you’ve ever experienced in veterinary pet care. We say, “We treat you like family… and your pets as our own”.
Voted Best of Cobb: Best Veterinary Group – Best Training - Best Groomer, our thriving veterinary practice of thirteen years is fortunate to have a loyal client base from the surrounding affluent neighborhoods in the West Cobb area. Our 11,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility houses a 5,000 sq. ft. full-care hospital located on our upper level, a 5,000 sq. ft. Pet Resort located on our lower level, and an additional 1,000 sq. ft. on our top floor dedicated to continuing education for both staff and clients. Our practice requires all staff to hold themselves to the highest standard of care, and to expect the same from their employer. Our style of care is dedicated to educating our clients, and exercising compassion for our patients and their owners, with an emphasis on stress-free handling of our patients.

Join a supportive team in a high-end, modern environment. Pet Groomers will perform top quality grooms in a timely manner. Groomers should have current grooming experience and be able to consistently provide pups and parents with a high level of gentle and professional care. Job duties may include but not limited to:
Clean the dog's teeth Maintain an upbeat attitude Calm an anxious dog Ensure company policies are being followed Communicate effectively with clients to find out what they need Shampoo and wash a dog's hair or fur Create a welcoming environment for dogs and their owners Cut or shave a dog's hair or fur
High School diploma or GED equivalent Proficient at Grooming Ability to lift dogs that weigh up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a professional manner Calming presence to pets Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time Great communication skills Ability to work on a team
