We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Administrative management of creative project and tactic requests, from submission to close of requests. </li>\n <li>Continuously update the production timeline model using available data</li>\n <li>Build a prioritization matrix to ensure work is triaged appropriately</li>\n <li>Manage timelines with internal and external stakeholders</li>\n <li>Participate in Campaign, Portfolio and Digital meetings to inform, advise and plan the execution of deliverables supporting the business</li>\n <li>Partner with the Senior Marketing Support Specialist in the preparation of quarterly marketing calendars that augment the amplification of commercial activities across the company.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills/Education: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences or Marketing, related field desired, or proven experience in a relevant field accepted <em>in lieu</em> of a degree.</li>\n <li>Must have education and/or PMP certificate in Project Management, or proven experience in relevant area.</li>\n <li>3+ years experience in project management</li>\n <li>Experience using project management software tool(s)</li>\n <li>Experience working within cross-functional stakeholders, driving accountability such that timelines are built, managed and met</li>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to define and influence processes</li>\n <li>Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to build accountability</li>\n <li>Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills</li>\n <li>Proficient with project management platform</li>\n <li>Good written English required. </li>\n <li>Good oral and written communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>For California, the base salary range for this position is $71,600 - $92,900.
