We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Inside Sales professional to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, United States. In this role, you'll be the voice of our organization, connecting with customers, uncovering their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that make a real difference. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your sales career with a logistics company that values your growth, supports your development, and celebrates your wins. You'll work alongside a collaborative team that's committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, while building the skills and confidence needed to thrive in a dynamic sales environment. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, analysis, and strategic outreach to build a strong pipeline Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, then present customized solutions that genuinely solve their problems Manage customer inquiries and quotes with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all information is current and organized Collaborate with team members to develop pricing strategies and execute account implementation plans that drive results Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM systems, keeping all customer data clean and up-to-date Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal teams and external customers, serving as a trusted point of contact Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and seasonal factors that impact sales opportunities Support the onboarding and training of new processes, including technology adoption and system transitions Track daily progress toward sales targets and take ownership of your performance metrics Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture by sharing ideas, asking questions, and supporting colleagues High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required) Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree (preferred) Sales experience (preferred, but not required—we value coachability and willingness to learn) Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to research and discover information independently Time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving orientation and creative thinking Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment Enthusiasm for customer service and a genuine desire to help clients succeed Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking individual ownership of goals We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
