In this role, you will need to be both a client-facing and media operation specialist.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for Paid Media campaigns planning, operating, setting up, managing, optimizing, and reporting<br></li>\n<li>Use marketing tools to perform and drive marketing campaigns for our clients; Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LINE Ad Platform, etc.</li>\n<li>Utilize digital marketing knowledge and maximize your campaign performance: Google, Facebook, YouTub, TikTok, LINE, Shopee, Lazada, etc.</li>\n<li>Set up performance tracking such as Meta Pixel (was Facebook Pixel), Google Conversion Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, etc.</li>\n<li>Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success such as Content Team, Graphic Team, SEO Team, Business Development Team, Financial Team, etc.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs</li>\n<li>Arrange an online meeting with our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform</li>\n<li>Manage and present all reporting about the health of customers' accounts; monthly performance report, renewing report, annual report, benchmark report, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced in paid media advertising at all levels</li>\n<li>Previous Account Executive (AE) / client service / key account service / Account Management experience</li>\n<li>Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role<br></li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel</li>\n</ul>",
