    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Job Summary</span></span></p>\n<p>The Flag Football Coach leads and develops CCA's flag football program — running practices and games, teaching skills and strategy, and mentoring student-athletes spiritually, academically, and personally. The Coach models Christ-like character and runs a safe, well-organized program aligned with CCA's mission and applicable FHSAA, league, and state requirements.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and lead practices, games, and team meetings on the schedule set by the Athletic Director.</li>\n<li>Teach age-appropriate fundamentals, strategy, conditioning, and rules of flag football.</li>\n<li>Build a season plan covering practice structure, game preparation, and player development.</li>\n<li>Evaluate players fairly and give feedback that builds skill, character, and confidence.</li>\n<li>Integrate prayer, devotionals, and biblical principles into team activities.</li>\n<li>Model integrity, sportsmanship, and self-control with players, parents, officials, and spectators.</li>\n<li>Mentor student-athletes in personal growth, academics, and spiritual formation.</li>\n<li>Maintain a safe environment; monitor weather, hydration, and player health.</li>\n<li>Follow CCA's concussion protocol; remove any student-athlete suspected of head injury until cleared.</li>\n<li>Confirm all athletes have current physicals, signed participation forms, and required consents before play.</li>\n<li>Inspect equipment and facilities; report hazards or damage to the Athletic Director immediately.</li>\n<li>Communicate schedules, expectations, and updates clearly and on time to students, parents, and staff.</li>\n<li>Respond to parent and student concerns professionally and biblically.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records: attendance, eligibility documents, incident reports, and season evaluations.</li>\n<li>Steward equipment, facilities, and budgeted resources responsibly.</li>\n<li>Represent CCA positively at games, tournaments, and school events.</li>\n<li>Comply with all CCA policies, the Employee Handbook, and applicable FHSAA, league, and state regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Spiritual Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.</li>\n<li>Active membership in a Bible-believing local church.</li>\n<li>Full agreement with the Statement of Faith, Lifestyle Standards, and Code of Conduct of Calvary Assembly of God of Ormond Beach, FL.</li>\n<li>Christian character and lifestyle that serves as a positive example to students, parents, and staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.</li>\n<li>Prior coaching, playing, or instructional experience in flag football or a related sport preferred.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of flag football rules, fundamentals, and strategy.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with email and team communication apps.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements &amp; Schedule</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to stand, walk, run, and demonstrate skills for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Able to work outdoors in Central Florida heat and humidity.</li>\n<li>Able to lift and carry equipment up to 40 pounds.</li>\n<li>Available afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends per the practice and game calendar.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Opportunity Statement</span></span></p>\n<p>At Calvary Christian Center, we are committed to reflecting the heart of Christ in all we do, including our employment practices.
