From there, you’ll expand your skills by reconciling factory receivables, warranty and floorplan schedules, commission statements, and everything else that supports a clean, healthy set of accounting records. There’s no shortage of opportunities to learn and grow!</p>\n<h3>Primary Duties</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Vehicle Deals</strong> – Post vehicle deals (new, used, wholesale, dealer trades, fleet) to keep dealership operations running smoothly</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Balance & Accuracy</strong> – Maintain clean schedules and ensure financial data is accurate and up to date</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Factory Program Money</strong> – Reconcile factory program funds to vehicle sales so nothing gets missed</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Invoicing</strong> – Post vehicle invoices into CDK, capturing all transactions</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Commissions</strong> – Accurately calculate commissions to be paid</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Sales Support</strong> – Maintain sales-related schedules to help track team performance</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Financial Statements</strong> – Assist in preparing monthly financials through reconciliations</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Auditor Support</strong> – Prepare fiscal year-end working papers to support a smooth audit process</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Experience Helps, Attitude is Everything</strong> – Whether you’re an experienced dealership accountant, a support-role superstar ready to grow, or a recent accounting grad, we want to hear from you</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Excel Proficiency</strong> – Comfort with building, maintaining, and reconciling spreadsheets (bonus points if you can debate VLOOKUP vs. XLOOKUP)</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Efficiency</strong> – Process paperwork accurately and on time</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Professionalism</strong> – A positive, polished attitude that fosters a strong team environment</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Versatility</strong> – Handle files across multiple departments; no two days are the same</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Team Player</strong> – Share your insights in meetings and collaborate with your colleagues</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Flexibility</strong> – Take on new challenges with enthusiasm</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Perks:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>401K</li>\n <li>Between $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary or $25 - $30 per hour.</li>\n <li>In addition, Go Auto offers:</li>\n <li><p>Medical, dental, and vision coverage</p></li>\n <li><p>Paid time off and paid holidays</p></li>\n <li>Career growth opportunities within a large, growing organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At Go Auto, we believe that a strong financial foundation is the key to success.
