    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>A Day in Life:</p><p>The <strong>HR Business Partner (HRBP)&nbsp;</strong>is responsible for driving and supporting people’s strategy and high-value HR processes.&nbsp; The HRBP creates positive employee experience by utilizing problem-solving skills, HR knowledge, and policy and procedure awareness.&nbsp; This role may be based onsite in either San Francisco, CA, or San Jose, CA.</p><p>The salary range for this position is $80k - $115k commensurate of experience.</p><p>What You’ll Do:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Drive and execute company objectives through a close partnership with the West Division leadership team and serving as a champion for HR initiatives.</li><li>Actively collaborate with the Labor Relations team to prepare for and participate in negotiations and support the outcomes.&nbsp; Participate in collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitration.</li><li>Manage employee relations by providing HR consulting expertise at all levels of the organization; identify trends and address root causes of issues.</li><li>Build a culture of compliance through consistent discipline and performance management processes, partnering with Legal and Compliance teams as appropriate, and driving best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with leaders and broader HR team to support talent management including developing and managing succession plans, conducting talent reviews, and supporting the annual performance review process.</li><li>Identify needs and recommend solutions regarding including organization design, compensation, safety, training, and development.</li><li>Provide coaching and guidance to employees and leaders.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What We’re Looking For:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources, Generalist or cross-functional experience preferred.</li><li>PHR/SPHR certification, preferred.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent HR experience</li><li>Working knowledge of labor and employment laws</li><li>Ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external partners across multiple functions and locations.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems, accountability.</li><li>Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.</li><li><p>Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>What You’ll Get:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>The salary range for this role is $80k to $115k annually, commensurate of experience.</li><li>Annual Bonus: Eligible, up to 7.5%</li><li>Test Driving Privileges&nbsp;</li><li>Reimbursement for Travel Expenses (as applicable, per Company policy guidelines)</li><li>Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at 1.25 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays) Benefits: Further program information can be found here at HertzBenefits.com.
