Join a team that cares about the environment, values responsible practices, and is dedicated to making a positive impact.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our Production team and contribute their skills to help with various production tasks that are vital to the efficiency of the team.</span><span> This position will require working Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION SUMMARY</span></p>\n<p>This position will be responsible for blending freeze-dried powdered probiotics and batching/processing liquid fermented probiotics. This position will be adding in other Production tasks needed by the team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY JOB DUTIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtain blend/packaging batch sheets to ensure correct organism carriers, &amp; proper equipment are all prepared for the day.</li>\n<li>Verify Blending documentation to ensure sample &amp; testing requests are properly routed, labeled, &amp; submitted to QA.</li>\n<li>Read &amp; execute instructions for running production orders.</li>\n<li>Assist in inventory control from the production side, ensuring all weights &amp; labels are maintained with accuracy when handling any container.</li>\n<li>Clean, sanitize, &amp; perform assigned PMs on equipment as needed.</li>\n<li>Monitor Machine performance &amp; troubleshoot equipment as needed.</li>\n<li>Maintenance of “First In – First Out” practices within the department.</li>\n<li>Maintain the cleanliness of the facility to reflect an always “tour ready” state.</li>\n<li>Pour pans, pull vacuum on freeze dryers.</li>\n<li>Clean and sterilize lyophilization pans, harvest and clean freeze dryers, setup and load product onto freeze dryer shelves.</li>\n<li>Appropriate document parameters relevant to the freeze-drying process and freeze-dried product.</li>\n<li>Finalize freeze drier procedure (‘pulling vacuum’, initiating heating process)</li>\n<li>Prepare slurry evaluations.</li>\n<li>Take concentrated product samples in an aseptic manner and conduct and document pH readings.</li>\n<li>Assemble, disassemble, and clean centrifuge, and harvest jumper lines.</li>\n<li>Harvest of fermentation vessels, maintenance of yield volumes, supervision of loading freeze dryers.</li>\n<li>Maintenance of COP solution concentration and temperature.</li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation &amp; packaging of finished goods on the Stick Pack line.</li>\n<li>Completion of master batch records.</li>\n<li>Assists others when needed.</li>\n<li>Other duties and special projects when as required.\n<ul></ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPANY REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Must be legally authorized to work in the US.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to pass background check.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to recognize audible hazards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Follow GMP, PPE, and company safety policies in performance of job duties.</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform other projects / duties as assigned.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Maintain good attendance.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to work in a variety of conditions: noise, dust, heavy lifting, repetitive motion, standing for long periods of time.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to read, write, and converse in the English language.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUACTION REQUIREMENTS </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>High school diploma or GED.  </span></li>\n<li>Able to lift 50 Lbs. repetitively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SOME OF OUR US BENEFITS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Medical, vision, and dental coverage after 30 days (and first day of the following month).
