A fast-paced environment with shifting priorities to meet internal customer requirements. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities for this Role Include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Integrates AI capabilities into existing applications to enhance functionality, efficiency, and automation outcomes. </li>\n <li>Applies an agentic development approach to design and build new, intelligent services and automation solutions. </li>\n <li>Develops and maintains infrastructure‑related automation across networking, systems, and service domains. </li>\n <li>Designs and implements automation solutions following REST‑based architectures and API standards. </li>\n <li>Supports, operates, and enhances automation platforms and shared automation services. </li>\n <li>Contributes to technical documentation to enable faster support, onboarding, and effective knowledge transfer. </li>\n <li>Performs testing, validation, and quality assurance for automation applications to ensure reliability and performance. </li>\n <li>Delivers bug fixes, enhancements, and new feature development for existing and new automation projects. </li>\n <li>Adheres to defined SDLC methodologies, coding standards, and team best practices throughout development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experience: 3-5 Years</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides quality support to our internal customers </li>\n <li>Able to understand the difference between what is requested and how to fulfill a request</li>\n <li>Willingness to proactively improve processes and identify gaps in existing processes</li>\n <li>Participation in weekly code reviews </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or related quantitative field </li>\n <li>Experience with Linux operating systems </li>\n <li>Knowledge of Python and Django, FastAPI or Flask</li>\n <li>Experience debugging and troubleshooting system interoperability</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience creating, running, debugging containers and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Rancher)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Puppet, Ansible, and/or Terraform</li>\n <li>Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; intuitive thinking skills</li>\n <li>Ability to interface with an operating system, such as Windows, Mac OS and iOS and the respective editor; ability to write scripts</li>\n <li>Ability to train others</li>\n <li>Ability to work well under pressure</li>\n <li>Ability to work well with others and to problem-solve</li>\n <li>Ability to independently learn how to use new facilities quickly from supplied documentation</li>\n <li>Experience working with change management procedures</li>\n <li>Facilitation skills including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time </li>\n <li>Ability to manage projects and interface with employees of varying skillsets in a high-pressure environment</li>\n</ul>",
