    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;text-align:center;' id=\"isPasted\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Paint Robot Technician &ndash; 1st Shift &ndash; Salina, KS</span></strong></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Great Plains Manufacturing currently has an opening for a 1st Shift Paint Robot Technician at our Construction Equipment Facility in Salina, KS.&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">This position works Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays, as required.&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Primary Duties &amp;&nbsp;Responsibilities:</span></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Setup, operation and programming of various paint robots&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Monitor and maintain robotic cell controls equipment, including programming and troubleshooting Fanuc robot controllers.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Monitor and maintain integrated process equipment using paint robots.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support offline development of robot programs for new product using emulation software and robot test cells.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Collaborate with GPM Production, GPM Engineering, GPM IT group on operational, controls, network and automation solutions.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support Production staff in operation and management of production equipment ensuring maximum equipment effectiveness and efficiency. Assist with startup and shutdown of equipment.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Troubleshoots controls issues, recommend improvements and solutions to support production. Support implementation of improvements.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support GPM Maintenance with equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Learn Allen Bradley and Omron PLC programming to assist Controls Engineer and Technicians.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Learn Industrial Networking best practices and troubleshooting.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assist creation of new automated cell concepts and support new automation project implementation.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assist with maintaining GPM safety and robot standards.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Follow all Great Plains policies and OSHA safety regulations and wears prescribed safety and protective equipment.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Other duties may be assigned that require other qualifications, physical demands, and/or work environment.</span></li></ul><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
