    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">To provide assistance to all potential on-time graduates, individually and in groups, regarding on-time high school graduation and completion, including but not limited to: analyzing data to identify students or subgroups with potential high school graduation problems; planning, implementing, and tracking individual high school graduation plans; identifying and resolving barriers to graduation; and working to improve on-time graduation rate.&nbsp;</span></p><p data-mce-style=\"text-align: left; margin-left: 0px; text-indent: 0px;\" id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul data-mce-style=\"font-family: 'verdana';\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Under the direction of the Principal, the Graduation Coach:&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Tracks and predicts the school&rsquo;s on-time graduation rate.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Tracks all progress of potential on-cohort graduates &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Creates an individual graduation plan for each potential on-cohort graduate&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Creates a database of all students in the current year&rsquo;s graduation cohort. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;Monitors and reviews all graduation components weekly&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Meets with each potential on-cohort graduate weekly at minimum to review graduation plan and progress&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Monitors credit recovery, credit earning and participation/attendance rates&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Maximizes the use of SAT, ACT and PERT test waivers and participation&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Distributes and tracks all state testing to include FSA/EOC/SAT/ACT/PERT Assessments for all potential on-cohort students.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Coordinates with career coach/ counselor, service providers among others to ensure necessary supports and services are provided when needed &nbsp;to improve graduation rates for potential on-cohort graduates &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Maintain progress monitoring reports, attendance and behavioral records, academic grades, and other student records for all potential on-cohort graduates. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Utilize district and organizational reports to identify potential on-cohort graduates and withdrawn potential on-cohort graduates.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Tracks all of the school&rsquo;s potential on-cohort students who have been withdrawn to ensure accurate withdraw codes.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Regular outreach to withdrawn potential on-cohort students to assist them in re-engaging in school.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Conduct quarterly vertical team meetings with traditional high school&rsquo;s faculty and staff to develop action steps to improve individual student and subgroup transition success rate; &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Provide and/or submit reports to the Strategy Management Team on the graduation status of on cohort students&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator&nbsp;</li></ul><p data-mce-style=\"text-align: left; margin-left: 0px; text-indent: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;<strong>Job Requirements and Prerequisites:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul data-mce-style=\"font-family: 'verdana';\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or related field from an accredited college or university is required&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Previous experience as a high school teacher&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Previous experience in high school guidance strongly preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Previous experience and/or the ability to work with overage and at-risk youth preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px;\">Previous experience coordinating efforts and working effectively in a team environment Knowledge of the principles of secondary education &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;
