    "description_html": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations within the warehouse.</p><p><strong>Primary Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Active floor supervision (80%)</li><li>Assist with Inventory Control Management</li><li>Lead a team of 1-10 Warehouse Associates</li><li>Execute SOP’s and assist in standardization and revision efforts of SOP’s</li><li>Run and interpret reports: Open Order Report, Released Report, Unreleased Report, Partial Release Report, WMS Reports</li><li>Coordinate staff schedules: Make suggestions for changes to individual or team shifts</li><li>Active involvement in all aspects of Health and Safety: Follow all Health and Safety Policies, Actively identify safety issues, Correct and properly document issues</li><li>Lead and/or mentor Warehouse Associates I, II &amp; III including the training and development of warehouse staff</li><li>Actively participate in the hiring process of new associates</li><li>Drive warehouse associate accountability</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers to include, but not limited to: Production, Subcontractors, Vendors, Purchasing, Service</li><li>Proactively communicate with management</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to perform the physical demands of the position - working in indoor and outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow); climbing ladders and steep stairs, crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects more than 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects</li><li>Forklift Certification</li><li>Ability and willingness to learn the Warehouse systems and equipment used in a warehouse setting</li><li>Competent to take direction with a positive attitude and complete quality of work on schedule</li><li>Must have above average emotional intelligence, communication, time management, conflict resolution, and adaptability skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.</li><li>Assist in optimizing warehouse processes and procedures to achieve efficiency and meet organizational goals</li><li>Experience with Excel spreadsheets, V-lookups and pivot tables</li><li>Must have a TEAMWORK mentality</li><li>2-5 years warehouse experience</li><li>Ability to identify and solve problems</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Medical, dental and vision insurance</li><li>FSA with debit card</li><li>Employer-paid Short-Term Disability (STD)</li><li>$20K in life insurance and $20K AD&amp;D insurance</li><li>401(k) employer match</li><li>Paid Vacation</li><li>PTO</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Annualized reviews for merit increases</li><li>Potential for advancement</li></ul>",
