Your expertise and guidance will empower our staff to provide high-quality care and achieve clinical program objectives aligned with our mission. Your leadership will contribute to the enhancement of our care standards, resident well-being and the professional growth of our team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs that ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents</li>\n <li>Assess training needs, develop curriculum, and implement educational strategies</li>\n <li>Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices</li>\n <li>Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance</li>\n <li>Coordinate orientation of all new employees to ensure a successful new-hire start and regulatory compliance</li>\n <li>Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff certifications</li>\n <li>Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you are passionate about driving excellence locally and transforming care across the long-term care industry, we invite you to join our team as a Staff Development Coordinator!
