The targeting support analyst will also be required to closely coordinate with peers on projects that combine capabilities.</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><br></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-size: 12px; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Identify and describe concepts, policies, technologies, and business practices associated with targeting and CJADC2 as they relate to MARSOC and USSOF.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Familiarize and advise MARSOC senior leaders on current targeting and CJADC2 program of record equipment and capability development efforts.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assist the G8 in developing, implementing, &amp; resolving capability development efforts across the range of targeting &amp; CJADC2 capabilities based on three critical factors: 1) unit skill levels, 2) equipment capabilities, &amp; 3) identified targeting &amp; CJADC2 needs.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Continually assess the critical factors and using that assessment, provide the tailored assistance necessary to ensure successful capability development efforts in achieving MARSOC&rsquo;s mission.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Relate existing targeting &amp; CJADC2 theories and technologies to current and emerging military problem sets including threats to information movement in the electromagnetic (EM) spectrum.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Evaluate and critique existing policies, procedures, and doctrine affecting targeting and CJADC2 in support of military operations.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Clearly articulate alternatives to overcome identified targeting and CJADC2 gaps and support the proposed solutions by identifying their impact throughout the spectrum of military operations.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Provide support to technology scouting and test and evaluation activities.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Communicate with various program offices, program executive offices, product line managers, &amp;
