Senior Software Engineer, Backend

About the Role Roger Healthcare has built the leading AI-powered clinical documentation platform for home health, used daily by thousands of clinicians and reducing documentation time by more than 80%. By giving clinicians their time back, we enable home health organizations to deliver better care to older adults who want to remain at home. We are now looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to scale the core services that power our platform and build entirely new Generative AI and LLM-driven workflows that clinicians will depend on every day. If you want to solve meaningful engineering challenges, work with production LLMs , and build software that directly improves patient care, we would love to talk.
