We pride ourselves on creating a positive work environment through staff support, collaboration and upskilling. We are a skilled, hardworking team that enjoys ourselves whilst caring for our region's pets.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>About these Roles</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Starting January 2025, we have two regular roles available;</span></p>\n<p><span>Role 1</span></p>\n<p><span>Saturday 4pm-10pm with overnight on call</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>This is available as either 1 shift every 2 weeks or 1 shift every 4 weeks.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Role 2</span></p>\n<p><span>Sunday 3pm-10pm with overnight on call</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>This is available as 1 shift every 3-4 weeks.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>These are some of the essential skills we are seeking for these roles;</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Confidence to work with the varied caseload of after-hours in a sole charge capacity.</span></li>\n<li><span>Solid surgical experience with the ability to perform all types of emergency surgery.</span></li>\n<li><span>Comfortable with stabilizing and managing critical care cases, including interpreting in-house diagnostics.</span></li>\n<li><span>Compassionate communication with clients.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>About you</span></span></p>\n<p><span>In addition to your expertise and experience, the following personal qualities are important to us;</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Collaborative and supportive team member that fits well into our current team.</span></li>\n<li><span>Empathetic to clients with the ability to guide them through stressful/upsetting situations with compassion</span></li>\n<li><span>Accurate and consistent charging for services and medications </span></li>\n<li><span>Shows initiative and problem solving when dealing with complex emergency cases</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>Our location</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Our service operates out of Totally Vets Feilding on weekends and public holidays. Feilding is a friendly picturesque town with beautiful gardens, shops and cafes.
