This role is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of IAM infrastructure to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available identity services across the organization.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Administer and support the&nbsp;</span>Ping (<strong>ForgeRock) Identity</strong><span><strong> Platform</strong> (AM, IDM, DS, IG)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Install, configure, and maintain IAM environments across development, QA, and production&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Manage identity infrastructure including:&nbsp;</span><ul style=\"list-style-type:circle;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list 1.0in;\"><span>Access Management (SSO, MFA, federation)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 1.0in;\"><span>Directory Services (LDAP, replication, tuning)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 1.0in;\"><span>Identity Governance and lifecycle management&nbsp;</span></li></ul></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; implement proactive improvements&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues across infrastructure, application, and integration layers&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Configure and maintain:&nbsp;</span><ul style=\"list-style-type:circle;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list 1.0in;\"><span>Authentication trees/journeys&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 1.0in;\"><span>OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML integrations &nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 1.0in;\"><span>Policy enforcement and access controls&nbsp;</span></li></ul></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Support high availability and disaster recovery (DR) configurations&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Perform patching, upgrades, and security hardening of IAM systems&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>5+ years of hands-on experience with&nbsp;</span>Ping (<span><strong>ForgeRock</strong></span><strong>)&nbsp;</strong><span>&nbsp;(AM, IDM, DS preferred)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Strong experience with:&nbsp;</span><ul style=\"list-style-type:circle;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list 1.0in;\"><span>LDAP directory services and schema design &nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 1.0in;\"><span>SSO, Federation, and Identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC)&nbsp;</span></li></ul></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Experience administering Linux/Unix systems&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Familiarity with web/app servers (Tomcat, Nginx, Apache)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Experience with scripting (Shell, Python, or similar)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, SSL/TLS)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Prometheus, etc.)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Experience integrating IAM with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or ForgeRock certifications&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Soft Skills</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Ability to work independently and in a team environment&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Excellent communication and documentation skills&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Flexible Working</strong></p><p>At Conduent, we value individuality and flexible working arrangements.
