This role is essential to maintaining product integrity and preventing contamination.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Clean and sanitize seafood processing equipment, tools, floors, and surfaces according to established procedures and sanitation schedules&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Handle and apply cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with company guidelines and OSHA standards&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Follow all food safety protocols, including HACCP and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Remove and properly dispose of waste and byproducts from seafood processing operations&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Operate sanitation equipment such as high-pressure hoses, foamers, and floor scrubbers&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Maintain accurate sanitation logs and complete checklists and inspections forms.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Notify supervisors of equipment issues, pest sightings, or safety hazards&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Wear always required personal protective equipment (PPE)&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Support audits and inspections by regulatory health authorities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n",
