    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Cloud Engineer, supports the U.S. Army Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS) commercial cloud services infrastructure. ALTESS is a managed service provider for Army and DoD IT systems and plans to offer managed cloud services in public clouds, MS Azure, AWS and Private Clouds.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Reviews all Service Level Agreements (SLA), Addendums, and cost estimates prepared for customer projects.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Experience in Computer Science or IT.</p>\n<p>· CompTIA Security+.</p>\n<p>· Security+ (Or equivalent IA cert) and computing environment certification (i.e. MCSD Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.).</p>\n<p>· Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p>\n<p>· Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.</p>\n<p>· Experience automating routine administrative tasks desired.</p>\n<p>· Strong experience with IPSEC/VPN, and other secure transport technologies as well as Border Gateway Protocol.</p>\n<p>· Proven experience migrating on-premises applications to the cloud.</p>\n<p>· Understanding of network, storage, server, and application technologies.</p>\n<p>· Strong knowledge of automation concepts, tools, and scripting languages (Ansible, Terraform, Python, Powershell, Bash, Puppet, Chef, etc.).</p>\n<p>· Working knowledge of code repositories tools such as Git.</p>\n<p>· Working knowledge of DoD STIGs, and IA Vulnerability Management (IAVM).</p>\n<p>· Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline experience such as Jenkins, Travis CI, AWS Code Deploy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Senior IT experience in networking or equivalent experience.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Integral partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
