    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stable and growing organization</li>\n <li>Competitive weekly pay</li>\n <li>Professional, positive and people-centered work environment</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.</li>\n <li>Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The reponsibility of the Interline Accounting Analyst is to manage and reduce the days of sales outstanding by using collection techniques on Interline receivables.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Principal Duties:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Review aging for each carrier</li>\n <li>Manage returned mail</li>\n <li>Call Interline carriers to collect on delinquent bills</li>\n <li>Correct billing rates from the Outbound Collect Queue before invoicing customers</li>\n <li>Review and correct invoices as appropriate</li>\n <li>Send supporting documents to customers when corrections are necessary</li>\n <li>Provide quality customer service in a timely manner for all internal and external customers</li>\n <li>Manage Audit Correction reports from partners by updating terms, discounts, accessorials</li>\n <li>Respond to emails from Partners on terms, rates, reconsignments, returns and accessorials in a timely and professional manner</li>\n <li>Process 999 Refunds</li>\n <li>Manage the Auditing Queue</li>\n <li>Effectively handle special assignments as directed</li>\n <li>Ability to assist with the Partnership Accounting team job duties as needed</li>\n <li>Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar or 3+ years of related, professional experience</li>\n <li>Strong organization skills</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Knowledge of state and federal tax form processes </li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Strong teamwork, initiative, and customer service skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Stable and growing organization</li>\n <li>Competitive weekly pay</li>\n <li>Professional, positive and people-centered work environment</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.</li>\n <li>Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days</li>\n</ul>",
