By merging our fields of expertise, we aim to become a fully integrated precision medicine company.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Summary of Position</strong></p>\n\n<p>Under general supervision, responsible for performing and reporting high-throughput, clinical genotyping assays using molecular platforms, operate and maintain laboratory equipment needed to perform daily duties; increase productivity and maintain proficiency in the wet lab and analysis sections; adhere to laboratory policies for safety, conduct, and performance.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Key Job Elements</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Extract and quantify DNA and RNA from blood and tissue samples.</li>\n\t<li>Perform PCR reactions.</li>\n\t<li>Perform specified assays for genotyping services in accordance with the SOP.</li>\n\t<li>Prepare and evaluate test results for completeness, accuracy, and quality.</li>\n\t<li>Report test results in LIS.</li>\n\t<li>Receives, unpacks, logs customer samples according to SOPs.</li>\n\t<li>Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of instrumentation and equipment used to conduct testing in compliance with quality control/assessment standards.</li>\n\t<li>Participate in the development and/or maintenance of SOPs as required.
