    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Summary/objective</strong></p><p>The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction, renovation, maintenance, and facilities projects across various locations. This role manages construction staff, vendors, contractors, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.
