This team is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing processes that support compliance, policy, outreach, and privacy-related work across the organization.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Gather and synthesize requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform strategy and prioritization decisions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support enhanced understanding and availability of policy and process requirements across the organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Translate regulatory requirements, policy, and stakeholder needs into well-defined product/process requirements and user stories</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop product roadmaps for GRC automation tools and help drive measurable improvements in efficiency and risk reduction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage and prioritize the team backlog, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Partner closely with engineering and delivery teams to integrate security and privacy controls into agile and DevOps workflows, enabling continuous compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage stakeholder communication, alignment, and transparency about roadmap and outcomes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Measure outcomes and use feedback and data to inform continuous improvement of processes and services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Science, or another relevant discipline.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage a product roadmap for a set of features from inception through implementation; collect requirements, establish key performance metrics, craft the user experience, and drive execution.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Must be a US citizen </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on working with security, compliance, or risk management teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, managing backlogs, and delivering roadmaps</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated experience streamlining and automating business processes through technology solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of federal security compliance frameworks like FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of Federal information security principles and privacy regulations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborating closely with engineering and DevOps teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex security concepts for various audiences</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
