They will supervise around 10 production personnel across several production lines. They will report to the Production Manager.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify all components of a production are accurate and ready on time across multiple production rooms.</li>\n<li>Work with change-over techs and Material Handlers and line operators to calibrate the production line for<span> each production order and perform in-process checks to confirm production meets specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with changeover processes ensuring the proper equipment is prepared, cleaned, and set up</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure line employees adherence to specifications and standards so that we ship only excellent product</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in training new leads and line employees.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure line leads are meeting production goals/throughputs and report</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensuring pristine quality</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensuring safety of production personnel by ensuring compliance, training, and providing solutions</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with shipping/receiving</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate shortcomings, challenges, needs, solutions and help put into effect solutions</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Particle Control Rocks</span></p>\n<p>Enjoy the comradery of a small, family-owned company.
