    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Quality Inspector is responsible for verifying that aerospace components and special processes meet all customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. This role ensures product conformity through in-process and final inspection, supporting compliance with industry standards and maintaining traceability throughout production.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary: $24- $30/hr DOE </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace components.</li>\n <li>Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.</li>\n <li>Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, comparators).</li>\n <li>Review and validate certifications, travelers, and process documentation.</li>\n <li>Identify and document nonconformances; initiate corrective actions as needed.</li>\n <li>Ensure full traceability of parts, materials, and processes.</li>\n <li>Support audits (internal, customer, and regulatory), including NADCAP audits.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills / Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).</li>\n <li>2–5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or special processing quality inspection.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, and aerospace specifications.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with quality systems such as AS9100.</li>\n <li>Experience working in regulated environments with strict documentation control.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience in a NADCAP-accredited facility.</li>\n <li>Certification in inspection or quality (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Skills & Competencies:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.</li>\n <li>Effective communication and documentation skills.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with inspection tools and basic computer systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Diversity Statement</h2>\n<p>At Element, we always take pride in putting our people first.
