    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Solairus Aviation is always taking applications for Per Diem and part-time pilots to be part of Part 91 and 135 operations in the U.S.  Per Diem pilots are an on-call day rate part-time employee. The ideal candidate will need to be a team player while seeking excellence in every aspect of his/her performance. Join a hardworking team who strives to safely and professionally meet the travel needs of our clients while adhering to Solairus’ unique culture of safety, service, and integrity.</p>\n<h2>Essential Responsibilities/Duties</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for safe operation of the aircraft.</li>\n <li>Responsible for conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with, but not limited to the following items: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Reviewing the maintenance status of the aircraft.</li>\n   <li>The conduct of a proper pre-flight inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual. </li>\n   <li>A complete check of weather and facilities along the route to be flown and airports to be used, including alternate airports.</li>\n   <li>Ensure the flight is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of Solairus Aviation and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.</li>\n   <li>Ensure the safety of all passengers, aircraft and crew.</li>\n   <li>Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Total time = 3000 hours</li>\n <li>PIC = 1500 hours</li>\n <li>MEL = 1500 hours</li>\n <li>MEL PIC = 500 hours</li>\n <li>Time in Turbo Jet = 500 hours</li>\n <li>Instrument = 250 hours</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Specific Qualifications/Certifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be typed and current</li>\n <li>First class medical required.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work on an on-call basis </li>\n <li>Must be able to complete ICAO International procedures training annually</li>\n <li>Must be located in the United States</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Information</h2>Solairus collects salary range information based on market conditions from multiple industry sources.  Solairus crewmembers are paid $50,000 to $500,000 based on geographic area, experience, equipment type/aircraft, job duties, training, and the assigned account. ",
