    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <p><b>Position Description:</b></p>\n <p>At Nevada Gold Mines, our vision is to be the world’s most valued gold mining business by finding, developing, and operating the best assets with the best people.</p>\n <p>We are looking for a <span>Chief Hydrogeologist</span> to join our team. &nbsp;The successful candidate work with site and technical teams to ensure that the required hydrogeologic data is collected, compiled, analyzed, interpreted, and applied so that dewatering costs and timelines for operational requirements are communicated accurately to stakeholders and management.</p>\n <p>At Nevada Gold Mines, our vision is to be the world’s most valued gold mining business by finding, developing, and operating the best assets with the best people. We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.</p>\n <p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Interpret and analyze technical data pertaining to groundwater and surface water quantity and quality;
