    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About us</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Billigence Pty Ltd is a specialist in the delivery of market-leading Business Intelligence and CRM solutions. Headquartered in Sydney, Australia and with offices in Prague, London, Frankfurt and Singapore our passion is data and our focus is the delivery of end-to-end solutions via a talented team of skilled professionals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are partners with leading edge software platforms including Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, Alteryx, Collibra, and Salesforce.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Junior AI Consultant to join our Sydney team. Hybrid working model 3 days per week in the office. Must be an Australian citizen to be able to work on government projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop AI proof of concepts and MVPs using Python and modern agent frameworks</li>\n<li>Build and iterate on LLM-based applications including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-step reasoning systems</li>\n<li>Integrate AI solutions with client data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and cloud environments</li>\n<li>Translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical experiments</li>\n<li>Present findings and prototype demos to client stakeholders</li>\n<li>Collaborate with senior consultants to scope, prioritise, and deliver engagements</li>\n<li>Work within agile, cross-functional teams spanning technical, business, and data science disciplines</li>\n<li>Document technical approaches and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential experience required:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1–2 years of experience in a technical role, ideally within a consulting, analytics, or AI/data engineering environment</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Python for data and ML workflows</li>\n<li>Familiarity with LLM application development (prompt engineering, RAG, tool use)</li>\n<li>Exposure to at least one agent framework — LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguous requirements</li>\n<li>Effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></li>\n<li>Experience with Snowflake or Databricks</li>\n<li>Prior consulting or client-facing experience (in-house or agency)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)</li>\n<li>Exposure to MLOps practices or model deployment</li>\n<li>Understanding of data modelling, SQL, and BI tooling</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What’s in it for you?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary + bonus</li>\n<li>Opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects</li>\n<li>Be part of a global organisation.</li>\n<li>Certifications provided</li>\n<li>Learning &amp; career growth opportunities.</li>\n<li>Flexible, hybrid working model.</li>\n<li>Company lunches &amp; events.</li>\n<li>Open, friendly team environment.</li>\n</ul>",
