You aren&rsquo;t just a number here at PSIMP, you&rsquo;re a valued, appreciated, and respected part of the Team.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Summary/Objective:</strong></p><p>Under general supervision, the Scuffer/Painter Apprentice scuffs parts prior to the painting process on medium to large plastic injection molded products; performs inspections, clean ups, storage, and disposal of paint products; and operates various tools and equipment.&nbsp;</p><p>The scuffing position is also a painting apprentice position that will train to paint as time allows. The trained apprentice can fill in as a painter as required and eventually move into the painting position over time but will still be required to Scuff as needed.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
